Abstract

Currents can be recalculated by difference of two direct currents and the result curve saved under a name of your choice.

Experimental curve

This raw data curve has been obtained by running a Pot. Universal DP
(demonstration curve: Pot Universal DP raw data [fig e(i)]R.CRV).

Method settings

Results

In red Vg = f(time) and in blue di = f(time)

Note that the “extract” is saved under a name of your choice automatically followed by xP.CRV. x is taken from the original raw data curve (example: x = 01). P means differential measurement curve (potential, current diff., time) issued from a Pot. Universal DP method.

Conclusion

The “differential extraction” function is often used in differential pulse techniques when you want to recalculate the potential or current variations as a function of the current or potential pulses applied.
